Scope of Work:

Renovation of existing restaurant in circa 1880 brownstone building to match aged appearance of a typical 1890's period French bistro. Fabricated and installed banquette seating, interior furniture, and millwork. Located and utilized antique salvage pine board and fencing to fabricate and install wide board wood flooring with planks to 24" wide, bar and back bar, outdoor wrought iron gates and French-paneled cafe doors. Exterior tiling installation. Work completed in five weeks.
