Scope of Work:
Restored architectural millwork and furniture in executive offices. Fabrication of six Gothic style arched mullion and leaded glass exterior solid white oak doors 3" thick, two diamond-inside-square mullion 2 over 5 Gothic exterior white oak doors, and replicated other interior doors, restoration of all trim and existing frames.
Restoration of all water-damaged plaster in Gothic-style Margaret Williams Theater, including patching of damaged flat plaster and replacement and casting of plaster rosettes and massive faux truss and beam moldings, faux-stone decorative stenciled painting of ornate plaster proscenium and decorative painting of faux trusses and beams, flat painting and restoration of oak wainscot decorative iron and brass.
Building listed in National Register of Historic Places.

The existing framing of the left exterior doors were restored.

The Margaret Williams Theater suffered from water leaks and its painted plaster ceiling and faux trusses had 10' diam. holes to be patched by us

The unusual stenciled trusses had an alternating decorative painted pattern for the four trusses in each bay.

The trusses, cast plaster, and 2' diam. ceiling ventilation rosettes were cast & restored by Olek's craftsmen, in about one month. |
